教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

(一)準備/構思階段(preparation) 1.教師講述： (1)授課教師規劃授課內容進行服務學習之理念闡述、案例分享、規範講解。 (2)配合適當之影音素材強化學生之學習效果及情境感受。 2.安排演講： (1)邀請參與服務學習之學長姊蒞班演講。 (二)、服務/行動階段(service/action) 反省/檢討階段(reflection) 發表/慶賀階段(celebration) 1.安排校外機構參訪及服務體驗，並引導同學於參訪前蒐集、閱讀、彙整與參訪機構相關之文獻資料，以認識及了解機構歷史及服務內涵。 2.規劃服務學習小組，引導同學發展服務學習方案，教師將介紹服務學習方案特色案例，並進行分組討論(需求探索及服務方案)、期末反思及成果發表等。（三）學生課前閱讀指定教材，教師講授重點，幫助學生學習統整。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

透過服務學習之理論講授、方案規劃和反思之教學方式，期能達到以下各項教學目標： (一)透過服務學習理論之探討與實務，擴大學生認知及參與社會層面，建立公民責任。 (二)引導學生藉由實際參與歷程中，實踐關懷、同理與服務利他等公民行為，及提升人文素養與社會關懷情操。 (三)藉由服務學習方案之規劃與執行，培養學生團隊協作的技巧、方案規劃與執行的能力，進而提升人際溝通、問題解決等能力。 (四)透過結構化設計之反思過程，給予學生澄清價值觀的反思機會，進而促進自我的成長與發展。
