教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

以講師自身承辦多種社會重大矚目案件之實務經驗、以及多年研析學說理論與最高法院見解之心得，講授法律基本體系分類，並以實用性為考量來探討常見社會議題及法律爭議，佐以投影片、教學講義、報告等方式進行教學，期能使學生完整而有體系的理解法律議題。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

(一)建立法律重要觀念：本課程將講授法律基本體系分類，並以實用性為考量來探討常見社會議題及法律爭議，期能使學生完整而有體系的理解法律議題。 (二)深化理性思考與批判能力：本課程將針對艱澀難懂的法律名詞及複雜難解的社會爭議，進行詳細解說及探討，期能使學生透過法學思維邏輯來思考議題、批判時事。 (三)培養參與並關懷公共事務之熱忱及能力：凡身為公民社會一份子，有各自應擔負的角色、權利、義務與責任，本課程藉由探討多樣化社會議題，期望能增進學生對公共事務之瞭解、信賴及監督，並進而積極參與。
