教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

本課程主要目的讓同學能夠瞭解在法律保障之下的個人權益與義務，培養不侵犯他人權益，並保護自身權益；因此從人與的角度看世界開始，並討論法律所追求的正義；再討論法律正義適用在生活各層面的相關問題。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

（一）使學生瞭解與其生活相關的法律常識、知悉並學習保護自身權益（認知教學）。（二）使學生從瞭解法律規範，培養不可侵犯他人權益之品德觀念（情意教學）。（三）使學生能應用法律保護自身權益（技能教學）。

教學方式(%) Teaching Strategies

講授（一）公共秩序：課程中，請勿接行動電話、上網（含手機上網）、玩遊戲、傳訊息（Line等）、用餐、睡覺、私下交談或隨意進出（若緊急電話請走出教室外輕聲細語說）。（二）民主原則：鼓勵上課發言與討論，但請遵守民主原則，尊重與包容他人發言權利與內容，討論，發言毋流於意識型態式的發言。（三）守時原則：請準時上課、準時參與課程相關教學活動。（四）守法原則：請假、考試等一切事務須遵守學校規定，有成績相關問題需提前詢問。 50%
