課程概述 Course Description：

本科目之教材以最新的政府機關官方網站與出版品所公佈之相關訊息為主要教材，並配合期刊與媒體報導的最新政策變革訊息，俾使學生能夠對整體的教育政策環境有正確的認識。 【請遵守智慧財產權觀念】及【不得不法影印】

教學目標 Course Objectives：

（一）認識我國教育行政結構與體制。 （二）認識我國各級學校制度與運作。 （三）認識我國現行的重要教育政策與問題。  (四) 了解國際教育現行的重大議題

第05週教綱 outline：學校與學生之關係：公私立學校 與 實驗三法簡介
