教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

透過學習排球技巧，增進學生運動表現及團體合作能力，進而養成運動習慣。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

一、瞭解排球基本常識及規則。二、學會排球運動之基本動作並培養比賽、觀賞能力。三、發展運動能力，鍛鍊強健體魄及提升體能。四、享受參與排球運動之樂趣。

教學內容 Course Outline：

第01週教綱 outline：課程介紹、球感練習、低手傳球
第02週教綱 outline：複習低手傳球、高手傳球介紹及練習
第03週教綱 outline：高低手連續對打
第04週教綱 outline：扣球與接扣球、組合練習
第05週教綱 outline：發球介紹及練習
第06週教綱 outline：發球與接發球綜合練習
第07週教綱 outline：攻擊、攻擊球路介紹
第08週教綱 outline：攔網介紹及練習
第09週教綱 outline：攻擊、攔網組合練習
