(一)、瞭解排球基本常識及規則。 (二)、學會排球運動之基本動作並培養比賽、觀賞能力。 (三)、享受參與排球運動之樂趣。

第03週教綱 outline：高手傳球
第04週教綱 outline：複習低手、高手傳球

第07週教綱 outline：傳球組合練習
第08週教綱 outline：攻擊助跑動作、傳球組合練習
第09週教綱 outline：肩上發球、接發球型介紹

高手傳球對牆測驗：測驗對牆1.5公尺以上距離之連續傳球次數 20%
對地扣球測驗對牆測驗：測驗對牆3公尺以上距離之連續扣球次數 15%
發球測驗測驗5個發球機會中進球之次數 15%
綜合評量依出缺席、組合練習、比賽中的表現以及學習態度評量 30%
