課程概述 Course Description：

本課程旨在培養學生對於輔導工作的理解，涵蓋基本原理、理論與實務應用。本課程透過課堂討論和報告，使學習者能掌握輔導專業知識與倫理。本課程期待學生能提升輔導專業知能，為未來教職生涯奠定堅實基礎。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

1. 培養學生學校輔導工作的基本觀念，理解輔導在學校教育的角色與功能。2. 探討輔導策略在學校三大輔導領域中的運用，並加強學生應對特殊需求和多元文化背景差異的能力。
