課程概述 Course Description：

第一篇：組織觀念篇 　　組織行為的學科基礎、組織行為模式的發展、組織理論之整合架構 第二篇：理論發展篇 　　基礎理論：理性系統模式、自然系統模式、開放系統模式、非均衡系統模式 外延理論：品質管理、標竿管理、行銷管理、形象管理、危機管理、知識管理、人力資源管理 第三篇：個人與人際行為篇     認知風格、成員激勵、壓力與情緒管理、工作價值、人際溝通、心理契約 第四篇：組織過程篇     組織領導、組織學習、組織公民行為、團體動力學、組織權力與政治、組織結構與設計、組織文化 第五篇：組織發展篇     組織健康、組織變革、組織創新、組織效能

教學目標 Course Objectives：

（一）瞭解教育組織行為的理論基礎。 （二）掌握組織行為之思辨議題。 （三）激發從事研究組織行為之興趣。 （四）能將所學知識轉化為促進組織發展的智慧。
