教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

（一）比較教育意義、歷史發展及內涵問題研討。 （二）比較教育理論及研究方法論問題研討。 （三）新世紀教育與學習問題研討。 （四）各國教育行政制鳥瞰及問題研討。 （五）各國學校教育制度鳥瞰及問題研討。 （六）各國教育改革問題研討。 （七）各國學前教育制度與問題研討。 （八）各國初等教育制度與問題研討。 （九）各國中等教育制度與問題研討。 （十）各國高等教育制度與問題研討。 （十一）各國成人教育制度與問題研討。 （十二）各國師培教育制度與問題研討。 （十三）教育改革的「基本能力」問題研討。 （十四）教育改革的「家長教育選擇權」問題研討。 （十五）教育改革的「教師聘任制度」問題研討。 （十六）教育改革的「教育機會均等」問題研討。 （十七）教育改革的「綜合高中」問題研討。  (十八）教育改革的「校長遴選制度」問題研討。 （十九）教育改革的「高等教育市場化」問題研討。 （二十）教育改革的「教師組織」問題研討。 （二十一）比較教育的中、英文論文研討。 （二十二）比較教育的發展趨勢及革新方向。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

（一）對比較教育的主要問題有認識與了解，進行分析探討，並據以統觀教育實際問題上之關連性。 （二）引導學生學習比較教育相關著作，進行研閱，以強化比較教育的省思及批判能力。 （三）依據學生有興趣的比較教育論題進行獨立研究，收集資料，撰寫比較教育研究報告。
