教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

The class material is focused on the areas of sound production, clear and fluent speech in English, as well as on the assessment of spoken English. Participation in the class will make up a large percentage of class time as learners will be afforded the opportunity to practice and improve their own English pronunciation. 

教學目標 Course Objectives：

The following objectives will be focused on throughout the semester: (1) To improve learners' knowledge of where sounds come from; (2) To improve learners' abilities in producing English sounds fluently and coherently; (3) To improve learners' ability to read and produce transcriptions of English sounds; (4) To assess their own and their classmates' spoken production.
