教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

This course covers several readings on Chinese subjects related to students' academic interests and their major.  Students need to   learn how to express their ideas via the medium of English as the course title suggests.   Instructor will guide students to learn and develop their reading strategies and expand their lexicon, and build on  basic writing skills at the same time.   Through simplified course materials, students can explore and learn English in a "Chinese" way or vice versa. .

教學目標 Course Objectives：

This course helps students familiarize their college academic major by reading and discussing their subjects in English.  It is intended to help them think critically and read effectively.   They are expected to become a smarter reader in their field and a more capable     writer at the end.  It is hoped that knowing / understanding Chinese in an English way can give students more access to future    opportunities.
