• 1. If you miss class for more than 3 times without normal and reasonable reasons, your class attendance and participation grade will be 0%. 
  2. According to school rules, if you miss class for more than 6 times including acceptable reasons, except for leave for school activities, you will not pass this class. 
  3. Students have to turn in their assignment on time. They will be able to be allowed to hand in the assignment one week after deadline. Late assignment will not be accepted and will receive a grade of 0. 
  4. Students do not have make-up quizzes unless with legitimate and reasonable reasons. If a student can not come to the course for several weeks with normal letters, he or she will have make-up quizzes or other alternatives. Based on fairness of the other students, you will get a discount of 20 percentages for the grade of each make-up exam or quiz. 
  5. Please keep all your supplementary handouts given in class. 
  6. Please turn off your cell phone or keep it in silent mode during class time. If you have to use the cell phone, please leave the classroom. 
  7. Please be quite in class. No small talk and reading other books in class. Your class attendance and participation grade will be taken off. 
  8.Don’t cheat in quizzes, mid-term exam, and final exam), otherwise you will be punished based on school rules.
