教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

本課程主要以學習籃球基本技能為主，包含傳接球、投籃及上籃，以實際模擬比賽，教導戰術策略及臨場抗壓管理，並詳述基本規則及禮儀，讓同學得以完整體會該項運動之樂趣。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

1.養成良好運動習慣及培養運動品德。  2.鍛練身心，提昇身體機能與活力。 3.學習籃球專項能力，增進該項運動技能。

教學內容 Course Outline：

第01週教綱 outline：課程介紹及注意事項宣達。
第02週教綱 outline：籃球運動簡介及規則講解。
第03週教綱 outline：運球動作教學及分組練習。
第04週教綱 outline：雙人傳球動作教學及分組練習。
第05週教綱 outline：跑位與行進間傳接球訓練及分組練習。
第06週教綱 outline：投籃教學及分組練習。
第07週教綱 outline：上籃教學及分組練習。
第08週教綱 outline：綜合練習及分組練習。
第09週教綱 outline：二人跑位傳接球與上籃及分組練習。
第10週教綱 outline：期中考。
第11週教綱 outline：三人跑位傳接球與上籃及分組練習。
第12週教綱 outline：三對三分組競賽。
