教學內容 Course Outline

課程概述 Course Description：

透過籃球運動，提升個人體適能。進而養成終身運動的項目。

教學目標 Course Objectives：

1.鍛鍊身體，使體格與體能得以充分發展。 2.提高運動技能，增進身體使用效率及安全自衛能力。 3.增進籃球技術與知識，培養自我健身及鍛鍊體能之能力。

教學內容 Course Outline：

第01週教綱 outline：左.右手原地運球、快速運球、換手運球。
第02週教綱 outline：左.右手原地運球、快速運球、換手運球。
第03週教綱 outline：綜合練習、籃球規則之講解。
第04週教綱 outline：個人防守動作姿勢、滑步、阻絕防守。
第05週教綱 outline：體能之訓練、籃球規則之講解。
第06週教綱 outline：綜合練習
第07週教綱 outline：快攻動作講解及練習。
第08週教綱 outline：快攻動作講解及練習。
第09週教綱 outline：快攻動作講解及練習。
第10週教綱 outline：原地投籃、原地跳投、移位投籃。
