    • 教學目標:

    1. To be familiar with features and functions of the (occidental) children’s

    literature.

    2. To develop the ability of evaluation of the children’s literature.

    3. To help students expand various reading skills by reading some representative children’s literature.

    4. To help students cultivate interests and develop abilities in teaching English in the content area of children’s literature.

    1. To get to know the feature, functions and development of the children’s literature.

    2. To evaluate the quality of the children’s literature.

    3. To teach reading skills with children’s literature

    4. To apply the children’s literature to English instruction.

     

    • 實施方法:

    1. To read assigned texts and references.

    2.  To write four individual reading response cards (at least).

    3.  To participate in group reports and demonstration.

    4.  To join class discussions.

    5.  To design strategies for teaching children’s literature.

     

    • 評量方式:

     

    Grades are judged by class discussion, written response paper and written examination.
