    1. Attendance:  For each absence, students lose one final point.  Three absences, without good reasons, will mean failure in this course.

    2. Class performance:  There will be lots of exercises and practices in the class.  Good performance swaps for good grades.

    3. Be on time for the class: Late for one class, you lose half point.  

    4. Grading: midterm 30%  final 30%  quizzes (class performance) 40%
