About Us

    In order to raise to comprehensive university, College of Technology contains 5 departments and 1 graduate program.

    1.Department of Industrial Technology Education (with master and Ph.D. graduate program)

    2.Department of Industry Design (with master graduate program)

    3.Department of Electrical Engineering (with master graduate program)

    4.Department of Electronic Engineering (with master graduate program)

    5.Department of Software Engineering and Management (with master graduate program)

    6.Engineering International Graduate Program

    ​We develop non-cultivate teachers' research and teaching fields. College of Technology contribute to open courses, provide diversified learning environment. Meanwhile, we also established cooperation relationship with institution and career training center, increase students' competitiveness and develop a global vision.

      History

      Aug. 1st, 2003: Established in Yanchao campus. The Dean of College of Technology, Sheng-Chuan Lin(林生傳), Dean of College as Education.

      Nov. 1st, 2003: The first Dean of College of Technology, Jhong-Shan, Sun(孫仲山), Professor of Department Industrial Technology Education.

      Nov. 3rd, 2003: Invite Education of Ministry Division Ran-Yao, Li (李然堯) and Principle Jia-Nan, Dai (戴嘉南) participate the opening ceremony and held the handover ceremony.

      Nov. 1st ,2006: The second Dean of College of Technology, Jhong-Shan, Sun (孫仲山), Professor of Department Industrial Technology Education.

      Aug. 1st, 2009: The third Dean of College of Technology, Hong-Lin, Ciou (邱鴻麟), Professor of Department Chemistry, College of Science.

      Aug. 1st, 2012: The fourth Dean of College of Technology, Hong-Ming, Lin (林鴻銘), Professor of Department Optoelectronics Communication Engineering.

      Aug. 1st, 2015: The fifth Dean of College of Technology, Hong-Ming, Lin (林鴻銘), Professor of Department Optoelectronics Communication Engineering.

      Aug. 1st, 2018: The sixth Dean of College of Technology, Po-Hsun, Cheng (鄭伯壎), Professor of Department Software Engineering and Management.

      Aug. 1st, 2021: The seventh Dean of College of Technology, Hong-Ming, Lin (林鴻銘), Professor of Department Electrical Engineering.
